Finally, there’s a glimmer of hope in an industry known for abysmal customer service.
I flew on Canada-based WestJet several times this year and found it to be one of the most customer-friendly air travel experiences I’ve had. But don’t take my word for it: look at what 250 passengers recently experienced.
This video gives me hope that the concept of VALUE is understood by at least one airline.
