Whitney Mantonya

Whitney Mantonya is a Lean management consultant with 16 years’ experience deploying and executing large-scale business transformation efforts. She also has extensive experience in human resources and labor management, including compensation, benefits, and recruitment; human resources information systems; and productivity and performance measurement.

Whitney’s work with insurance, financial services, distribution, healthcare, manufacturing, education, and government clients includes both realizing aggressive business results and building internal capabilities to assure long-term sustainability.

Prior to becoming a consultant, Whitney served as Cardinal Health’s Vice President of Deployment, overseeing corporate shared services, customer care, and medical business contract and pricing support teams. She also led Cardinal’s Center of Excellence, which provided support to more than 75 locations through its global performance improvement team.

Whitney holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The Ohio State University, an MBA from Baker College, and a Six Sigma Master Black Belt. In addition to consulting, she holds an academic post as a coach and guest lecturer for the Master of Business Operational Excellence (MBOE) program at The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business and adjunct faculty at Franklin University.
