Mary Savoy is a healthcare industry leader with more than 20 years of experience across clinical care, healthcare operations, and commercialization. She began her career in acute care and surgical nursing and brings a strong clinical perspective while helping healthcare organizations develop, launch, and improve new technologies and services.
Mary has held marketing and consulting roles in both Fortune 500 and emerging healthcare companies, including Cardinal Health, Hillenbrand Industries, Merck Pharmaceuticals, and BD. Her work has focused on bringing healthcare technologies and services to market, strengthening adoption of existing solutions, and developing clear, customer-focused sales messaging and support tools. She is known for translating clinical and operational insight into practical strategies that support growth, expand market reach, and deliver meaningful value to customers and patients.
She’s also led value stream improvement and problem-solving initiatives in healthcare settings, including efforts to improve medication management processes and emergency department patient throughput.
Mary holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from Our Lady of Holy Cross College and a Registered Nursing Diploma from Charity Hospital School of Nursing in New Orleans, and holds certificates in Lean, Six Sigma, and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
