Mark Minukas is a Lean expert and business performance improvement consultant with over 15 years of experience. A former strategy and operations consultant and senior engagement manager at McKinsey & Co., Mark leads large-scale organizational transformation using Lean management practices and helps clients deliver targeted improvements.
Mark holds a Master of Engineering degree in Ocean Engineering (with a focus on Human Factors) from the University of California at Berkeley and a B.S. in Systems Engineering from the US Naval Academy. While in the Navy, Mark oversaw construction and logistics projects.
