Kirsten Iversen is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Innovation Coach, and business performance improvement consultant with over 10 years of experience helping leaders build high-performing teams and operational systems that make growth sustainable. She partners with organizations to create clarity, accountability, and cultures where excellence becomes the default, through coaching, leadership development, and process improvement.

Her client work spans technology, financial services, healthcare, hospitality, government, and nonprofit organizations. She has led internal Lean transformations from the ground up, including building Centers of Excellence that develop people into proactive, structured problem solvers.

Kirsten has held roles at some of the world’s most recognized brands, including Intuit, Disney, and Virgin America, where she developed a deep understanding of what it takes to operate at scale while maintaining an unwavering focus on quality and the customer experience.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations, and brings a dynamic and human-centered approach to every engagement.
