Jeff has over three decades of experience in operations, supply chain, quality, engineering, and continuous improvement with extensive background leading business transformations in a wide range of industries, including aerospace, automotive, consumer goods, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and process manufacturing.
Jeff built and led the Lean Deployment initiative for 3M’s largest division. He brought strategy deployment and Lean concepts to Hisco, an industrial supply distributor, across all functions from sales to warehouse operations, and transformed their manufacturing division to become the top-performing division in the company.
He also served as a Plant Manager and has expertise in acquisition integration, reducing cost-to-serve, regulatory compliance, and developing top-performing greenfield operations.
Jeff is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Sensei. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and completed four years of coursework in electrical engineering through the University of Minnesota.
