Brad Toussaint has 30 years of experience designing and building high-performing operations. In his early career at two consulting firms, Brad helped his clients improve performance through best practice management principles, organizational change management methodologies, and process redesign. Recognizing the importance of linking strategy, leadership practices, and daily management to drive performance, his current area of emphasis centers on building results-generating systems, linking boardrooms to the frontlines.
Brad began his Lean management journey at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital at Stanford while looking for a better way to improve and sustain organizational performance. As a senior manager, he learned Lean management and organizational transformation from the inside. Now leveraging his internal and consulting experience, Brad guides leaders on Lean management system transformation, from strategic planning to tactical execution.
Brad has spoken internationally on Lean leadership, Lean transformation, and Lean management systems in the U.S., Canada, and the Middle East. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from Yale University and worked for his U.S. House Representative in Washington, DC before beginning his consulting career.
