Mike Osterling is the President of Osterling Consulting, a firm that guides organizations on their Lean journey. Mike has led and supported Lean transformations in the U.S., Mexico, Australia, and Europe across a broad range of industries including manufacturing, construction, engineering, healthcare, government, pharmaceuticals, military, and oil and gas production. Prior to consulting, Mike played a pivotal role in the Lean transformation process at a number of Schneider Electric’s facilities.
Mike is fluent in Spanish and holds a BS in Production and Operations Management and an MBA in International Business.
