Ed Gwozda

Ed Gwozda has over 30 years of experience in designing and improving processes, developing strategy and achieving strategic alignment, and leading/working with cross-functional teams. He serves as a Lean and organizational development consultant in office and service environments with a special focus on team problem solving, group dynamics, and leadership development and coaching.

With a breadth of experience in international sales, marketing, and new product development, Ed also specializes in creating high-performing sales and marketing teams and redesigning new product development value streams.

Ed is a renaissance man. He holds a B.S. in chemistry, has studied philosophy, and holds an MBA from the University of Evansville with a concentration in marketing and marketing research. He is also a certified Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma and serves on the Service Quality Body of Knowledge Working Group for the American Society for Quality (ASQ).
